Due to the popularity of the Solihull Approach online module over the last 18 months, the Trauma Informed Practice Project are delighted to announce the purchase of a further two years of free access for any number of NI practitioners to the online module:

  • Understanding Trauma

To complement this we can also provide unlimited access to the Solihull Approach modules:

  • Understanding Brain Development
  • Understanding Attachment.

Practitioners can access these modules until 31st October 2024

These courses provide practitioners with detailed insight and knowledge to further their practice. Access is flexible and once a practitioner is logged in they can access the modules at a time that suits them, mark their progression through the course and return to it over and over again.

An access guidance document has been attached that outlines the steps to setting up your account and getting started with the online training course.

We have also summarised this in 6 simple steps below to get you started:

  1. Register for an account at www.inourplace.co.uk (Or sign in if you already have an account as a parent please review the guidance document to switch this to a professional account)
  2. Select > Unlock your courses for professionals
  3. Select > Complete Application
  4. Select Click here to buy course or Use the Access Code 
  5. Enter the Access Code > BeTheChangeNI and click on the green buttons
  6. Start the Course
