Being mistreated or abused (sometimes called ‘Significant Harm’) is defined as sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect or emotional abuse.
Child Sexual Exploitation
Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) is a type of sexual abuse where children and young people (boys or girls) are tricked or forced into taking part in sexual activity for something in return.Child Trafficking and Exploitation
Child trafficking is when young people are tricked, forced or persuaded to leave their homes and are moved and then exploited, forced to work or sold.Domestic Abuse
Domestic abuse is when a grown-up threatens, bullies or hurts another adult in the family. Sometimes it's called domestic violence. And it can happen in any family.Emotional Abuse
